Fue constituida en el año 1989. Empresa dedicada desde sus comienzos a la fabricación de cintas de impresión para impresoras matriciales, mecánicas y electrónicas. Con el transcurso del tiempo y el constante avance de la informática GTC se convirtió en líder del mercado de suministros y productos alternativos, abarcando la totalidad de productos y consumibles capaces de satisfacer todas las necesidades de un mercado tan competitivo.

El desarrollo y el crecimiento alcanzado por GTC Ribbon SA es el resultado de la filosofía que impera en la empresa, ofrecer siempre los mejores productos junto al mejor servicio, garantía, conformidad y rentabilidad para sus distribuidores, en definitiva el cliente. Filosofía que no sólo representó a lo largo de todos estos años con su constante participación y liderazgo en el mercado, sino que también con inversiones constantes en maquinaria e infraestructura. GTC se fortalece día a día para lograr sus objetivos.

GTC Ribbon cuenta hoy con unos 3000 m2 que se distribuyen entre los distintos sectores de ventas, administración, producción, warehouse y logística. Además de las oficinas comerciales con show-room ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, eje de las principales operaciones comerciales de nuestro país.

Sumamente satisfechos por los logros alcanzados en estos primeros veinte años de existencia en el mercado del insumo de computación, mucho tenemos que agradecer, muy especialmente, a quienes nos han acompañado permanentemente:

A nuestra extensa red de distribuidores de todo el país, por su constante interés en nuestros productos;

A nuestros proveedores locales e internacionales, por la confianza depositada en nuestra empresa para la fabricación y distribución de sus productos;

A las entidades financieras que siempre apoyaron nuestros proyectos;

Y esencialmente a nuestro personal que ha sabido adaptarse mediante capacitación y voluntad ante los constantes cambios de tecnología de los nuevos mercados existentes.

Extremely satisfied for the achievements reached in these first therteen years of existence in the market of the computer inputs, a lot we have to thank, very especially to who have accompanied us permanently: TO our extensive net of distributors of the whole country, for their constant interest in our products; TO our local and international suppliers, for the trust deposited in our company for the production and distribution of their products; TO the financial entities that always supported our projects; AND essentially to our personnel that has known how to adapt by means of training and will in the face of the constant changes of technology of the new existent markets.

Misión 2008

Mejorar, aun más, los costos de producción, para poder seguir compitiendo en los mercados internacionales, adquiriendo maquinarias nuevas para tales fines.

Continuar comprometiéndonos en el proyecto del reciclado, para mantener el liderazgo en el mercado nacional, acompañando a los funcionarios de turno en el mejoramiento del medio ambiente, manteniendo firme nuestro lema "Reciclar es Vida", incorporando nuevas maquinarias para este sector.

Mantener la fabricación de nuestra línea histórica de cintas matriciales, las que se acrecentarán notablemente, gracias a las medidas adoptadas por la AFIP, en cuanto a la obligación de instalar cajas registradoras en todos los comercios.

Aumentar nuestra producción de papel fax para el mercado local e internacional en un 30% mediante la incorporación de una nueva máquina fraccionadora.

Afianzarnos en la producción local de títulos en Software que han permitido hacernos referentes del mercado educativo y de Juegos, sosteniendo precios competitivos en el mercado local.

Solidificar y renovar nuestras relaciones comerciales para construir entre todos un país en pos de una sana y leal competencia.

To improve, even more, the production costs, to be able to continue competing in the international markets, acquiring new machineries for such ends. To continue committing in the project of the one recycled, to maintain the leadership in the national market, accompanying the shift officials in the improvement of the environment, maintaining our motto Recycle is Life", incorporating new machineries for this area.
To maintain the production of our historical line of printers cassettes, those that increased notably, thanks to the measures adopted by the AFIP, as for the obligation of installing boxes inspectors in all the trade.
To increase our production of fax paper for the local and international market in 30% by means of the incorporation of a new cutting machine. To secure us in the local production of holding in Software that have allowed to become relating of the educational market and of Games, sustaining competitive prices in the local market. To solidify and to renovate our commercial relationships to build among all a country after a healthy and loyal competition.
